"Probably won’t order from here again"
My first order was actually fine, so I figured I’d give them another shot, but yeah, after this last one I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It took longer than I expected, which is already frustrating, but the updates didn’t really help either, so I was just kind of sitting there wondering what was going on. The item itself was okay once it finally showed up, so it’s not like that was the issue, it was more just the whole process feeling like a hassle for no real reason. there are other places that make ordering way easier, so I’d rather just use one of those next time. Giving 1 star because I really don’t see myself ordering from here again.
"Coin holders fit okay for the most part"
These coin holders are kind of hit or miss. Some fit just fine, but a few are too tight, so other customers might run into the same thing depending on the coins they’re using.

My order was mostly correct, but one of the coins wasn’t the right one. Anyway, everything else was fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue

"Refund process was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I asked for a refund it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The replies were slow, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get things moving. For me, it was a reminder that good service really matters most when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...
"Good shop... but things are often out of stock"
I like this place overall... it’s a good shop, but the inventory can be hit or miss. Sometimes they have exactly what I need, and other times the shelves are kind of empty.

"Showed up bent, give me a break"
I was disappointed when this arrived. The packaging was really flimsy, and the item showed up bent because of it. Like, give me a break, if you’re shipping something that can bend, at least pack it properly.

"Return went fine, just not very fast"
The return did go through in the end, so I can’t complain too much. I was mostly just watching for refund updates and didn’t really care about anything else, but there weren’t many updates to go on. It also took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying.

"Professional, but something felt a little too quiet"
They handled my order professionally enough, so I can’t really say anything bad happened. But the replies were kind of slow and weirdly plain, like they were following some secret customer service script nobody’s allowed to deviate from. Not rude, not a disaster, just not exactly helpful either. Overall it was fine, average, though a tiny part of me wonders what’s going on behind the curtain

"Way More Coin Supplies Than I Expected"
I was kind of shocked by how much coin supply stuff they had. Like, I went in expecting the usual few holders and flips, and suddenly I’m seeing albums, storage options, and sizes I swear I can never find anywhere else. It was a little dramatic how excited I got over coin holders, but here we are.
The only thing keeping it from being perfect is that a few items were out of stock, which was mildly devastating in the moment. But overall, the selection is really solid and I’d definitely check here again when I need more supplies.

"Wasn’t really sure what I was getting"
I ordered this because the description made it sound like it would work with my coin holders, but once it showed up, it really wasn’t what I thought I was buying. I kept rereading the listing afterward, thinking maybe I had missed something, but the details felt thin and kind of confusing.
Maybe I should’ve dug around more or asked a question first, I don’t know, but the site just didn’t make it clear enough. It’s annoying because I was expecting one thing and ended up with something else, and now the whole order just feels like a waste. Not very happy with it.

"Bad First Impression, but the Photos Were Mostly Right"
My first impression wasn’t great. The item looked close to the photos, but it wasn’t exactly the same, which was a little disappointing when I opened it. It’s not totally off, but I expected it to match better.

"Really poor communication"
I had a frustrating time with the communication. I messaged them about my order and then basically heard nothing for days, which made it feel like my question had just been ignored or pushed aside.
When they finally got back to me, the reply seemed rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I understand businesses get busy, but leaving customers guessing isn’t great. Even a quick update would’ve made a difference, but this just wasn’t a good experience for me.

"Delivery experience felt a bit off"
I ordered from The Coin Supply Store and the delivery was later than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help much either, so I was mostly left guessing about when it would show up. Maybe it was just a one-off, but something felt off about the whole process. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on them again if I needed something by a certain date

Had a few coin supplies in my cart. Shipping was almost the same as the items. For small stuff, that felt crazy. Didn’t order.

"Pretty sure the quality just isn't there"
I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but this really didn’t feel like what I expected. The material felt kind of cheap, and the edges looked rough in a way that made it seem poorly finished. Maybe I was expecting more, but I don’t think I’d order from here again. Disappointed overall

"Not quite what was promised"
I got my order and it’s okay, but I’m a little disappointed. The item was supposed to be in better condition, or at least that’s how it sounded, but it showed up with some marks and wear that weren’t really mentioned. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but for the price I expected it to be cleaner. Shipping was fine, so I’ll give them that, but I don’t love being told one thing and then getting something that doesn’t really match. Overall, mixed experience.

"Checkout felt off"
I tried to pay twice, but the checkout just kept spinning and never went through. Something feels off when you’re ready to buy and the site just hangs like that. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else. Frustrating.

Using the site on my phone was kind of frustrating. Some pages loaded in a weird way, and the checkout process confused me more than it should have. I did manage to place my order in the end, so I guess it worked, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience...

"Customer service was fine, but a bit of a hassle"
Customer service was okay overall. They did get back to me eventually and helped fix the issue, but it took longer than I expected. I also felt like I had to do a lot of the follow-up myself, which was kind of annoying. Not terrible, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Backorder process could’ve been better"
I placed an order and only found out afterward that it was backordered. The updates were a bit slow, and I had to reach out a few times to see what was going on. I understand delays can happen, but the communication could’ve been smoother. Overall, it just felt a little more frustrating than I expected.
